- Business Operations Data: When utilizing the VectaBiz platform, merchants store operational records such as appointments, service catalogues, inventory stock counts, staff profiles, and transaction receipts.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: We automatically record minimal browser details, device operating system, and IP address for session security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively to deliver, maintain, and protect our business operating software:
Verify identity and provide secure, single sign-on access to your merchant workspace.
Manage appointments, point-of-sale checkout, customer rosters, and inventory movements.
Send booking confirmations, payment receipts, password reset links, and critical security notices.
Detect unauthorized tenant access, prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain ledger integrity.
VectaBiz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell personal data or Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties.
- No Advertising Use: We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.

- Strict Scope Minimum: We request only the absolute minimum Google OAuth scopes (
