Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VectaBiz platform (vectabiz.app), signing in with third-party providers (such as Google OAuth), or subscribing to our business operating software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Platform Services & Accounts

VectaBiz provides cloud-based software tools for appointment scheduling, point-of-sale checkout, inventory tracking, staff commissions, and customer management.

• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Third-Party Authentication: When using Google Sign-In, you authorize VectaBiz to verify your identity using your Google profile information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵ / GHS) on a monthly or annual recurring cycle through authorized payment processors (including Paystack). Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the multi-tenant security boundaries of other merchant workspaces.
• Process fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized credit card and mobile money transactions.
• Use the platform to distribute unsolicited communications (spam) or malware.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the VectaBiz software architecture.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the VectaBiz platform, logos, algorithms, and documentation are and remain the exclusive property of VectaBiz Technologies. Merchants retain full ownership of their proprietary business data and customer records.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VectaBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
